Getting past the POC into Production.  AI doesn't provide any business value until it is deployed to production in a secure, sustainable, self-sufficient, and performant fashion.  However, getting there is typically more challenging than it at first seems, and requires a more comprehensive approach than at first thought.  This talk is to discuss a bit about how to get started and how to continue to see success.
