I coach and consult with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and career builders in successful careers, who are ready to grow their business or move their career to the next level. How? I help businesses and leaders clarify their vision, create unique strategies for success, and develop the operational plans to execute and make a difference in their businesses.

I have been studying and implementing business strategy, professional development, sales training, non-profit leadership for over 20 years. For the last 3 years, I have been a sober badass in additional to being a joyful, passionate and loving business woman.

You will often find me at networking events and personal development seminars. I am a connector and am often creating connections between people and organizations. Frequently you can find me talking and writing about the topic of what “strategic thinking” really means.

I grew up in the City of Chicago (yes, in the city) and now live in a little pink house in St Paul, Minnesota with my husband of 20 years and two teenage sons. I enjoy biking, baking, kayaking, playing music, writing and reading.
