Ryan is one of the leaders of the Reporting Center of Excellence, helping drive growth and deliver value for General Mills by designing  BI strategies, optimizing end users’ digital experience and providing powerful insights to business partners. The Reporting Center of Excellence is a 63-person global team and provides services and project work for every Region and Function in the company. For the past year and a half General Mills has completely transformed how they think of reporting and analytics and Ryan will share some of the techniques they learned to successfully make this happen.

Ryan has been with General Mills for over six years, working on BI teams and in Project Management. Prior to this, he was an Air Force officer serving in multiple roles and leadership positions. Ryan holds an MIS degree from Iowa State University and a Masters in HR from the University of Oklahoma.
